Welcome to TrueCount Advisor. By accessing our website, booking services, or using any of our platforms (including TaxDome, Calendly, or SMS), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

  1. Services Provided

TrueCount Advisor provides:

  • Bookkeeping services
  • Tax preparation and filing
  • Mobile notary services
  • Business advisory support
  • Related digital tools and communication services

All services are subject to availability and may require a signed engagement letter before work begins.

  1. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
  • Respond to information requests within required deadlines
  • Review documents and returns before final submission
  • Maintain access to your client portal (TaxDome)
  • Make payments in accordance with agreements and invoices

We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or late information.

  1. Payment Terms
  • Payment may be required before services begin.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.
  • Mobile notary fees may vary based on travel distance and services provided.

All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

  1. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
  • Appointments can be made through Calendly or directly with our office.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed appointments may incur a fee.

Mobile notary appointments may require non-refundable travel fees if canceled after dispatch.

  1. Use of Client Portal (TaxDome)

By using our secure client portal, you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Regularly check the portal for messages, requests, and tasks
  • Upload documents directly through TaxDome for security purposes

We are not responsible for data mishandling caused by clients using unapproved upload methods (email, text, etc.).

  1. Confidentiality & Data Security

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information.

We use secure systems including:

  • TaxDome
  • Encrypted file transfer
  • Secure cloud storage

We do not sell or share confidential information except as required by law.

  1. SMS, Email & Digital Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Service updates
  • Document requests
  • Marketing or promotional messages

You may opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or replying “STOP”.

  1. No Guarantee of Outcomes

TrueCount Advisor does not guarantee:

  • Tax refunds
  • Specific financial outcomes
  • Legal or tax-credit approval
  • Exact completion timelines when dependent on client responsiveness

Our services are provided based on the information you provide.

  1. Notary Services

For mobile notary services:

  • Valid, unexpired identification is required.
  • You must be willing and able to sign voluntarily.
  • We cannot provide legal advice unless legally authorized.
  • Travel fees apply and may be non-refundable.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueCount Advisor is not liable for:

  • Client delays or missing documentation
  • Penalties resulting from late or inaccurate information provided by the client
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (TaxDome, QuickBooks, ProConnect, etc.)
  • Unauthorized access resulting from client mishandling of passwords or devices

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, and materials are property of TrueCount Advisor and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

  1. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies.

  1. Governing Law
